“Customer” is hereby referred to as an entity that directly engages with ИП Служба Заботы to use our services. “Customer’s End Users” are hereby referred to as end-users who use customer platforms and thus use ИП Служба Заботы services indirectly.

We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of both Customer and Customer’s End Users and the personal information we may obtain through our services or other Company operations. Accordingly, we have created this Privacy Policy to inform all users about how we collect, use and share Customer information and personal information of Customer’s End Users, and about our customer information privacy practices in general.

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through other industry-standard means.

What Information We Collect

Personal Data

Use of Personal Data

We may use Personal Data from Customers to provide products and/or services, collect payment for our products and/or services, administer sweepstakes and contests, enhance the operation of ИП Служба Заботы services, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze the use of ИП Служба Заботы services, improve our services, and tailor the experience of Customers when using ИП Служба Заботы services.

We may also use Personal Data to troubleshoot, resolve disputes, accomplish administrative tasks, contact Customers, enforce our agreements with Customers, including our Master SaaS Subscription Agreements or Terms of Service, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. Such features may collect Customers’ IP addresses and other information, and interactions are governed by the applicable privacy policy of those social media features.

Customer’s End User Data

As part of the provision of ИП Служба Заботы services to Customers, ИП Служба Заботы collects certain Personal Data and other Non-Personal Data about Customer’s End Users as determined by the applicable Customer (“Customer’s End User Data”). ИП Служба Заботы does not control or otherwise approve any messages or requests for Customer’s End User Data made by a Customer to a Customer’s End User.

If a Customer is using the AI Services, the Services may send applicable portions of the Customer content, including Customer’s End User Data, in an anonymized form or as-is based on its requirements, to other applications or websites, including to third-party AI providers authorized by the Customer for the scope of its engagement with ИП Служба Заботы. By using the AI Services, the Customer authorizes and instructs ИП Служба Заботы to send its content to the applicable third-party AI provider, which will be handled in accordance with its terms once your content flows out of our environment. ИП Служба Заботы is not responsible for Customer content after it has been provided to a third-party AI provider since we do not have control over their environment.

Customer’s End Users should be aware that a Customer can request such Customer’s End User Data from them to use the Customer’s website(s), web applications, API, and/or mobile application(s), and that Customer’s End User Data may then be included in the information given to ИП Служба Заботы through their use of ИП Служба Заботы services. Therefore, Customer’s End Users should review the privacy policy of a Customer’s website(s), web applications, API, and/or mobile application to assess the security of any information they disclose. To the extent that ИП Служба Заботы receives any Customer’s End User Data, ИП Служба Заботы shall make reasonable efforts, consistent with the terms of this Privacy Policy, to maintain the confidentiality of such Customer’s End User Data.

ИП Служба Заботы has no direct relationship with the Customer’s End Users whose Customer’s End User Data it processes. Any Customer’s End User who seeks access, correction, amendment, or deletion of inaccurate Customer’s End User Data should direct their query to the applicable Customer. Once such a Customer requests the removal of applicable Customer’s End User Data, ИП Служба Заботы will respond to the request within the agreed SLA during discussions with the Customer.

Customers of ИП Служба Заботы may electronically submit Customer’s End User Data to ИП Служба Заботы. ИП Служба Заботы will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer’s End User Data except as provided in ИП Служба Заботы's applicable agreement with the Customer, or as may be required by applicable law.

ИП Служба Заботы acknowledges that Customer’s End Users have the right to access their Personal Data. If Personal Data pertaining to a Customer’s End User has been submitted to us by a Customer, and a Customer’s End User wishes to exercise any rights they may have to access, correct, amend, or delete such Personal Data, they should inquire with the Customer directly.

Website Users

This includes information related to communications with you, browsing sessions using our website (Internet activity information), including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with the website and/or geolocation information (based on IP address).

We, and/or our authorized third-party service providers, may automatically collect this information when Customers visit or use ИП Служба Заботы services through electronic tools like cookies and web beacons or pixel tags, as described below in this Privacy Policy.

We use Non-Personal Data to provide products and/or services to Customers, enhance the operation of ИП Служба Заботы services, troubleshoot, administer ИП Служба Заботы services, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. We may also share this information with our authorized third-party service providers to measure the overall effectiveness of our products and services.

Non-Personal Data from Customer’s End Users

Customers of ИП Служба Заботы may electronically submit Non-Personal Data from their End Users to ИП Служба Заботы services. ИП Служба Заботы does not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Non-Personal Data except as provided in ИП Служба Заботы's applicable agreement with the Customer, or as may be required by applicable law. ИП Служба Заботы uses such Non-Personal Data for the purpose of enhancing or providing its services.

Cookies

To facilitate and customize your experience with the ИП Служба Заботы service, we may store cookies on your computer or other similar device through which you access ИП Служба Заботы services. A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information, which is downloaded to your device when you first visit a website. Request for Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their data. To initiate a data deletion request, follow these steps:

Submit the deletion request by clicking the "Submit" button.

After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation from the application that your data will be deleted within 3 hours. Once the deletion process is complete, you will receive a notification on WhatsApp confirming the successful removal of your data.

Authorized Third-Party Service Providers

Merger / Acquisition

Unauthorized entry, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise user information security at any time. If we believe that the security of a Customer’s login credentials has been compromised, we may notify the Customer accordingly.

The Personal Data provided by a Customer, including Customer’s End User Data, resides on secure servers accessible only by selected personnel and contractors. We encrypt certain sensitive information using session encryption (SSL or TLS) to secure the transmission of Personal Data. However, no data transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure. As a result, while we implement appropriate and commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and seek partnerships with companies that do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet, nor are we responsible for the actions of third parties who may receive such information.

We may disclose or share Non-Personal Data without restriction. For example, we may share Non-Personal Data, such as aggregated demographic information (which does not include Personal Data), or use Third-Party Service Providers to track and analyze Non-Personal Data usage and volume statistical information from our Customers and Customer’s End Users to administer the ИП Служба Заботы services.
